About

After-sales service for manufacturers to provide a tesla-like customer experience while capturing customer data.

Joining Tattoodo as the first in-house product designer was a great experience for me. Being thrown in to designing for a platform with 20 millions monthly views has taught me a lot.

The ability to push my product design and changes to such a high number of visitors, really allowed me to understand behavior on web and mobile. Having a design sprint process with creating, prototyping, feedback and iterating in a loop, allowed both me and the team to get a deep understanding of what strategy and what direction we needed for product and design. The journey from working alone as a freelancer to become a team player was challenging at first, but I quickly realised that my designs and processes became much better by utilizing on everyone's skills and abilities. Working closely together allowed us to inspire each other and provide feedback to each other's solutions.

Throughout my employment at Tattoodo I had the pleasure of designing and prototyping for our mobile native applications - both iOS and Android. Together with the web frontend team, we built and designed a design language system to have a fast component based react system. Furthermore, I've created campaigns both inside and outside our platforms to grow retention. Lastly, I designed their CMS that enabled us to write 40 articles a day.
